The Ales
At Dragon's Gate Brewery, we do not filter or pasteurize our beers. We carefully brew our handcrafted ales in 20 gallon batches, to ensure we are producing the finest ale and complexity of flavors. Our ales obtain carbonation through bottle conditioning, which allows carbonation to occur naturally through secondary fermentation. We focus on producing high quality, Belgian inspired ales and different styles of beer we enjoy to drink. We use only the finest ingredients and hops grown at our own 10 acre, Dragon's Gate Farm.
Belgian IPA

When a Belgian Triple is crossed with an American IPA.An elegant and strong abbey ale with fresh Centennial, Cascade, Hallertauer, and Saaz hops. While a not in your face American IPA it shares the flavors of both styles. A truly enjoyable ale.
Belgian Wit

A "white beer," this Belgian wheat beer has smooth mouth feel, grainy flavor, and massive head retention of wheat malt meets dry and phenolic Belgian witbier yeast and the tart, enticing character of coriander and bitter orange peel – very complex and delicate. An appealingly crisp, dry, and refreshing alternative to an American wheat beer.

A complex and powerful ale, yet delicate with rounded flavors and big, billowy, rocky, white head. With an aroma that is a complex bouquet of sweet, fruity esters (banana, dark fruits/ cherries) with hints of spice (nutmeg, clove), licorice and yeast. An extremely tasty ale, upfront it is sweet, with noticeable fruity flavors with a perfect dry finish that makes you want to have more.
Porter

A complex stout porter with a rich dark head. The stout porter has notes of black currants, black cherries, and cocoa with mouthfilling bready malt flavors.
Chocolate Stout

A milk stout laced with cacao nibs, this stout is rich and heady. With a rich dark head and a flavor reminiscent of straight espresso laced with chocolate liqueur and sweetened with belgian candi sugar. Very full-bodied, round, and filling with bittersweet hints around the edges.
Belgian Triple

A sweet, richly flavored, complex arrangement of spice, Belgian style yeast, honey-like sweetness, clove, coriander, light and fleshy fruit, and a dose of gentle hops grace this Belgian Triple.
